Dr. Udell works almost exclusively with complex chronic illness, much of it autoimmune — Hashimoto's and other thyroid conditions, lupus and connective tissue disease, Crohn's and ulcerative colitis — along with chronic migraine and fibromyalgia, which is closely related to the connective tissue diseases.

Diagnoses are labels for patterns. The work is the same whether the label is Crohn's, ulcerative colitis, or something no one has named yet: find what the body is adapting to, and change it. If your condition isn't listed here, that usually means the label matters less than what is driving it.
